Join us!
Artists join Alleghany Arts & Crafts because they like the idea of making their artwork accessible and affordable. As a non-profit, dues and commission are kept low and are used to keep the gallery up and running. In addition to selling their art, they understand the importance of belonging to a network of peers who promote and support their creativity.
We have members who have never before shown their work in a gallery setting and members with established art careers. We do not insist on exclusive contracts with our artists, and we show a wide range of artistic mediums and styles. All artwork is juried to ensure that our gallery is known for both its variety and quality of its inventory.
As a co-op, members are expected to participate in the running of the Gallery. Details of dues, commissions and all other requirements can be found by downloading our membership packet below. Feel free to contact us, or stop by the Gallery and talk to the artist who is working.
