Elaine Moretz – Author
Dr. Elaine Moretz was born and raised in Belmont, N.C. She has lived in seven states and two foreign countries. Her pursuit of education has produced degrees in art, early childhood education, special education, and a doctorate in education administration. She worked in public, private, parochial and international schools for students from infant through college age.
Elaine has three children, six grandchildren and two great grandchildren. Now retired, she enjoys painting, sewing and various crafts along with her writing. She is also a co-writer of “Earthquake on the Parkway”.
